In line with Government advice and that of our professional governing body, we are now able to see patients who require URGENT face to face contact, where social distancing will be compromised. This comes with certain risks regarding the spread of the Covid 19 virus, which we will discuss with you in detail before your appointment in order that you can make an informed choice as to whether you wish to proceed.

For your safety, we are limiting our diary appointments, allowing plenty of time between patients so they arrive and leave without meeting other clients. All clients are to enter via the rear door to the clinic, remaining in their car until called into the clinic for their treatment. They will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided on entering and leaving the premises. Pedestrians will have the choice to remain outside the clinic rear door or, if the weather dictates, sit in the clinic waiting room. Please note that toileting facilities will remain closed for patients.

To help limit risk of infection, patients are required to attend without family or friends except in cases of chaperoning, safeguarding or when an interpreter is required

Your physiotherapist will wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) during the treatment session to ensure your safety. Patients are encouraged to wear their own PPE if desired.

Clinic hours will be limited (in contrast to those published below) and appointments will be scheduled by telephone after a full telephone risk assessment for each patient has been completed
